In spite of a pandemic crisis and incomplete appraisal, my refinance was smooth without any hassles.

Communication was great in the beginning, but then fell off a cliff, I'm assuming because of the virus. There would be weeks of nothing at all, then I'd send an email, and rather than a response, the process would just be moving to the next step. In the end, I was given the option of receiving a check or ACH, I chose ACH, but the money was wired. I was charged a 15 dollar wire fee by the bank.
The ability to contact Rosario whenever I needed her. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that they kept asking for documents that I had already provided. I would use Penny Mac again if I ever bought another house. Thank you to Rosario great thank you
