At closing time no figures changed from day one! Honest! Fast close!
The amount of agents I had to work with besides Griffin caused a lot of confusion with myself and the closing company. There were reports from both sides verbally yelling at the other. Everything was figured out a day after projected closing and only after I spoke with the closing company in person.
Everything was easy everyone at Penny Mac did all the work for me. They explained everything clearly.everyting was done in a timely matter. I would recommend Penny Mac to everyone.good people to work with.
