Your requests dribbled out. Felt invasive. I never understood why. Your robot questions are impersonal, inhuman and suck. You kept handing me off to new people who did not know what the last guy said. It took too long. You did not know what a brokerage account was. You could not tell me why and what the questions where looking for. Days would go buy and then you would need something ASAP. It was the most unsatisfactory dealings I have had to date. You couldn’t even send me the fedex as promised.

I was asked to provide documentation for a deposit into my checking account. I sent a copy of letter and check from my retirement and was told that was not good enough because I could photoshop that. I was more than irate at that accusation.

Communication could be much better. I understand with the virus that things were interrupted but communication during the entire process was minimal.

The e sign and the uploading of requested documents. No sending documents on the mail made it great.

It was difficult because no one really explained the loan and what advantages it contained for me. The tried to add cash to close and that’s not what was told to me in the beginning of the loan process. Mykela was nice and prompt but no one actually explained loan terms. There were several contacts throughout loan, I would have rather felt with just one person it was somewhat confusing. Overall I am happy just a few suggestions to improve.

I had asked about closing with another title company that might have saved me about $800, but I never heard an answer, and your team just proceeded with closing with the more expensive company. Did they determine it wasn't possible to close with the cheaper company? Or did they just drop the ball and never look into it? I have no idea.
