I was asked to submit documents that should have with pennymac from my past 3 loan application. It took a lot longer than I expected
The communication there at Pennymac is horrible. There were so many people working on my loan and no one would talk to each other. I was constantly asked for documents multiple times. I was told on February 20th that this would be done in 1-2 weeks. Today is April 2nd. Erica Sanchez, the one who tried to be in charge of my refi, did as best as she could. She was very sweet, but she was also confused as to why this dragged on so long. The communication was the worst I've ever dealt with.
