The communication between me and the Penny Mac Team was constant and clear. When I had not responded to a document, I was called or sent an email to let me know to look in the on-line documents folder, and this was very important to me.

On several occasions I was asked for the same document. When I called for clarification I would only receive an email from Regina. I never received a return phone call ever from her. I had to speak to other representatives or the loan agent to get my answers resolved. Very unprofessional in my mind.

The process was efficient. HOWEVER, your website is VERY CONFUSING. One set of instruction for accessing my registered account, and another set (and passwords) for accessing the loan application. Also, I had to change my password every time I tried to access my regular account. ANNOYING!
