Very Good Experience. The process did not take long and it was very easy to complete online.
The entire process was seamless and transparent. You guys did a super job and Kept us up to date and fully informed throughout the Loan process.
There were repeated requests to provide paperwork already provided. There were requests to provide documentation on divorces/children that did not exist, and were not submitted by us in the paperwork. When we brought that up, WE were blamed, and they still wanted us to go out of our way to explain their mistake. Closing documents were wrong three times (one time had a $4,000 fee for pest services??)--we had to scour every document b/c by the end we expected errors in everything.

When I called initially to inquire about refinancing, I talked to Adam Keys. He was excellent! He took time to walk me through the process, look at our current loan, and gave me advice and guidance as to what made sense for our situation. He is very knowledgeable and the process was pretty seamless. I would highly recommend Adam--he is an asset to your company.
