PennyMac was professional and efficient in the processing of our loan. Their online portal is easy and accessible. It made the process seamless and easy. The individuals we worked with were knowledgeable and courteous. Great company!
Tracy was wonderful and very helpful during the entire process.
Contacting someone to answer questions were hit or miss. Took a while to contact the original person I started the loan with. Something was added to the loan without prior communication and I had to personally bring it up and inquire about it.
Very professional under difficult conditions Coronavirus was in full affect and the staff at Penny Mac muscled through for me

I had two issues with the proces. It went slower than expected but I suspect that was due to the national health crisis and wan't really a problem. The second issue was the format of the request for documentation. It wasn't clear what I had already completed and you received, and what were new requests. I would have expected that once received those requests wouldn't show up on folllowing emails or at least clearly indicate that no action is required. Overall it was an easy expereince.
