Although the time from application to closing took longer than expected, the overall customer service we received was great.
Penny mac owned my previous mortgage. This was a simple refinance with no cash out. My husband and I have good credit and have sufficient equity in the property. It seemed we had to jump through a lot of hoops to refinance a loan that Penny Mac owned to begin with.
