The rate of 2.75% was the best available. I checked with other sources. Communication with Penny Mac was not that great. I still have some questions and left a phone number to get the questions anaswered
My loan experience was terrific from start to finish. All my requests were responded to promptly and fulfilled with a sense of urgency. Awesome job!!

If my loan officer would have cared just a little bit about my self and my loan. It took almost three months to close a refi cash out. The only time he talk to me was to start the loan he was happy to call then. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. As soon as possible I will be finding another back. It makes me sad because you all ha e been wonderful. Helped me save my condo at one point. To have it shoved in your face and down your throat that your not just commission.
This was one of the most disorganized stressful experiences we have had with a loan. The communication was terrible, not just with our loan officer but with her supervisor as well. Our issues were not addressed until we had to go to the next level of management. If we do decide to refinance in the future, we will not be going with pennymac for our future needs.
