The refinance was processed during an odd time with the COVID -19 outbreak. The customer service was great. The only thing that felt difficult was getting a hold my loan processing agent. I understand each person can help, but having a consistent voice is reassuring. Overall, though it was a good experience.

I feel that with my credit score my interest rate should have been lower and the closing cost was way too much.

Ease of getting from approval to closeing. Insurance seams to be problematic, I had a different insurance agent (I’ve been working with for over 20 years) and I can’t get them on the loan.

Less people to deal with. Should only have to deal with one or two people at the most. Too many indians involved. Need one person to give proper answers to customers. Should not have to wait for answers to questions. I hope this helps.

I kinda mixed things up a bit. The fed interest rate was falling so I was trying to get the lowest rate I could, and the staff handled it most favorably. The ONLY problem I had was the inability to get to my loan processor for updated information - PennyMac must be extremely busy, so I understand the delays on your end. WIth the processor juggling with all the calls that I'm sure you were handling I felt PennyMac did the utmost that they could provide. People at PennyMac are GREAT!!!!!
