I currently have my mortgage with PennyMac and they were able to shorten the term of my loan at a lower interest rate, with fewer closing fees. My loan officer was also very informative and spoke in terms that I understood.

I talked to 3 people at PennyMac and only 2 were helpful
Overall experience when talking to Rod Walker and My"esha Allen was great. I believe your service could be inproved if the customer did not have to talk to so many people. And in the process had to repeat the questions over and over to each respective person. It was impossible to get transferred to the main 2 contacts, let alone get them to call back when specifically asked. I stopped counting after talking to 8 different people. Also the constant barrage of e-mails and postal mail was ridicul
