The only problem I had was I found a lower interest rate then what I received and unfortunately PennyMac wasnt able to honor the rate I found. It was upsetting but I know the workload there going through is insane so hopefully in the future I'll be able to take advantage of the lower rate. My PennyMac team was absolutely amazing in these stressful times and I thank all of you for your hard work.

Reid and Mykela were great. They answered all of my questions, but the online system and request for documents were difficult to understand.

County tax documents took awhile to retrieve and validate! Caused multiple closings to be scheduled.
Lack of clarity and communications. Submitted same documents multiple times. Overall unresponsive for status updates. Took WAY too long from application to close.
