I was routinely informed of the process during the process and I'm satisfied with the outcome, however, I had asked if i could check to see if i might be able to qualify for a lower rate given the federal interest rate had been dropped during the process. I was not contacted nor was my question answered.
Left several messages for Brent nor his supervisor and did not receive a call back. The representatives answering the telephone were confused to which loan I provided. One representative stated it would close on March 30. Another representative did not know when the wire transfer would be in the ban. This is the first with the several loans with Penny Mac that the service was not great. The only person who knew what they were doing was Joshua, the person who helped me with the application.
