The process was smooth and easy.
Timely friendly people with mostly correct info. I feel that the Closing was very confusing in fact we expected the closing to happen on a certain day and no one ever showed up here at our home to sign paperwork. We called PennyMac the next business day and rescheduled it. Other than this it was a good experience overall. The technical parts of sending and receiving documents was trying but this is because we're not real tech savvy.
