Kathy and Letisia were outstanding. The process was clearly explained by Kathy and then I closed Well ahead of schedule thanks to Letisia and Dennis. I loved the fact I didn’t have to order an appraisal and that I didn’t have to supply any income documents. A++++

I felt abandoned by my loan officer harry. I sent multiple emails with questions that he would not respond to. When someone would email I could hardly get them on the line. I was told multiple times my person was at lunch... regardless of when I called. Nancy was very helpful and got results but getting to her was too hard. Due to my work schedule I asked two times for a call at specific times (always giving 1-2 hour timeframe).... it did not happen. Too many emails and phone unanswered
The people at PennyMac assisting with the process made a stressful process feel pleasing. Thank you Anna & Ellie!!
