The process was easy and moved quickly. I appreciated the frequent messages letting me know the status though out start to finish. I also appreciated the kindness and friendliness of everyone I spoke to.
Offer the best rate to existing customers with haggling. Respond promptly. Don’t have customers talk to 7+ different people. Have one point of contact. Do not change numbers without explanation.
