Ease of process
I would have liked earlier notification on all required documents for closing. I felt that too many documents were requested at the last minute that should have been asked for weeks in advance. Overall satisfactory service provided.

The worst part about your system is that when you call in and ask for the processor assigned to your loan, it doesn't go directly to their voicemail if they are unavailable. Instead, a random processor answers the phone and tries to help when they don't know the details of your problem. They force you to explain the problem before finally realizing that the problem requires intimate knowledge. I, specifically had issues with my appraisal and I was ultimately unhappy with the resolution.
