You took too long to close because the underwriters could not seem to understand parents placing a a child on title as JWRS.
Asking for the same documents more than once.
Starting the process seemed very promising. However, once I was transferred to the loan processor, it seemed like everything fell apart. Extremely poor communication and lack of explanation. I was vocal that I was receiving poor service and continued to receive terrible service. ALL THE WAY AROUND BAD EXPERIENCE. if I were able to do it again I would choose a different company 100%
