My husband and I had to call everyday to even get things done and moving. If we didn't pay attention to our paperwork our closing date would have been pushed back. Martha was never available and that became very frustrating.

The only problem I had was I found a lower interest rate then what I received and unfortunately PennyMac wasnt able to honor the rate I found. It was upsetting but I know the workload there going through is insane so hopefully in the future I'll be able to take advantage of the lower rate. My PennyMac team was absolutely amazing in these stressful times and I thank all of you for your hard work.
