The documents requested were already on file with the VA. If the the question was asked to use the same document the process could have taken 3 weeks to do and close.
I am disappointed that PennyMac did not have a check for me at closing...& it’s almost two weeks since I closed & no check. PennyMac would NOT have allowed me to send in a check if required at closing. As long as the process took, there was no reason not to have a check for me at closing!
