Aracelis Jiminez was excellent but I was not at all pleased with ‘DeBorah’ (Deborah) Breeding who I found to be quite condescending and combative. On a number of occasions, she let me know that she was the boss and her refusal / excuses in getting me answers to questions was quite unacceptable along with her ‘mightier than thou’ attitude. During the recission period, I still had concerns and attempted to get a response but none came. The loan has funded now and I feel I was left hanging.
The process was straightforward and easy. It took less that two weeks and I virtually didn’t have to do a thing because PennyMac had all the documentation that was needed. I whole heartedly recommend this company and Linda. I look forward to future work with you. Thanks again

The process started off great, In speaking with Julia, she was relatable and really understood my needs, which convinced me to refinance to remove my PMI and move to a 20 year loan. After working with Julia, I was sent over to start the journey of refinancing and that’s when my frustration began. Title called me Mr. Mier and could not locate the transfer deed, until I sent them a copy. My loan docs had the wrong address, I still don’t understand my closing sheet & check has wrong address.
Everything went smooth
They made it fairly easy for us to get in touch when ever we had questions and respond within reasonable time to our questions and call backs. We are overall very pleased with the services PennyMac provided to us! Thank you Ammie Mack and Ted Coburn for providing us with excellent customer service!
