Great customer service!
Everyone involved were very helpful.
PennyMac being proactive in communication. There were just a couple of times where I had to check in to see what was happening and about whether we correctly did the docusigns.
Everything was on time and completed as scheduled. No complaints.

Molly is a great person, So friendly and patient. You Know at Penny Mac it is so difficult to talk to the same person twice. Communicating with Molly Makes it feel great.
Everyone was super friendly anxious to help us with answers to our questions (which were many) It was a LONG process but Jason worked with us to make it as easy as possible.
The whole process was smooth and fast.
Carmelita Villarreal did a great job in keeping me updated and staying in touch, even if there was no update she'd still reach out just to confirm that there were moving along just as they should be.
