The MAC Team was great and this is why I used them again on this house purchase.
We were able to get the information we needed. Sometimes it was hard because I had to explain to a few people to get what I needed but everyone was nice and tried to get me the information I needed fast

Jerrold Jackson, my Loan Officer was the most informative and the person with whom I had the most communication. No complaints about Regina, I just didn’t talk to her as much as Jerrold. The Process did take longer than I expected, but I understand there was a massive influx of re-fi request immediately following my application.
