An overall great experience through the wonderful world of refinancing.
Due to the volume of business PennyMac was having, individuals did their best to address my concerns.
Great Experience
Better communication including weekly updates. A firm closing date, not extended out 2 extra months. An accurate closing statement without a charge for flood insurance that was already part of the condo association dues. It would also help to be able to communicate with the same person each time at Penny Mac. It was extremely difficult to get ahold of the processing agent by phone call.
