The Mac Team worked very hard to come up with an arrangement that helped me very much. I know it was not simple and I really appreciated all the hard work they did.
I had no intention to refinance my house this year. I just new that my debt to income ratio was off the charts, and HORRIFICALLY heavy on the Debt. Apparently, I was way wrong. I went into the process with far more speculation than a man of 54 should, in my opinion, have. After all, I had been making Mortgage payments for 24 months. 0 late payments. So I proceeded, and now have a much lower interest rate, and lower payments. Thanks for reaching out to me.
