I have never in my life seen a mortgage loan close in 16 days from first phone call to signing with the escrow agent. So happens I had PennyMac prior to this closing. As I’ve communicated to Teresa Henry, my loan was just put on Miranda’s desk to gather dust. She kept asking me for prof of closing costs of $6,xxx.xx of which I was promised By the loan initiator I would not be responsible for paying. He said I was granted a $4,xxx.xx credit to help with closing costs. Commorah helped me and answered all my questions clearly so I could understand my process, she always called and kept me up to date on everything. I would want her to be help me again if I were to move again she is a lovely person and understanding, thank you Commorah for all your help.
