Andrew did a great job keeping me informed every step of the way. The one issue I had was that the notary was one hour late to our closing, and at first did not communicate that she was going to be late until after our scheduled time
The final numbers changed 3 times in the last week before settlement and then they needed more time because they didn't have enough time for the final numbers to get into the closing people's hands. I was asked for more proof of employment a day or two before the first settlement. Then final numbers were incorrect at settlement delaying us over an hour for signing. The only truly great experience was dealing with Amy Mack. She made the experience tollerable.
