Friendly, informative and easy process
Better interest rate...was relatively easy being able to upload documents and e sign...when I got stuck on something, help was a phone call away! Turned out pretty smooth and we got it done!
Well I saved another $90+K off of the cost of the loan securing a lower interest rate which also lowers our monthly bill ... the service was pretty good but the results were great since I locked in a rate during a single day low that hasn't yet seen a match at 2.5% since my Pennymac Agent also saw the opportunity and helped me expedite the process to lock in the rate before it went back up.
