The communication at the end of the year and through the holidays was extremely slow. Not within the "48 hours" stated on emails. Original load officer was rarely in contact when I reached out. The entire process took almost 4 months.

Everyone was vary professional
As an existing excellent customer, I would have expected PennyMac to give me the best available interest rates for my refinancing. I didn’t expect that I would have to look elsewhere to get better rates for PennyMac to match. That was very disappointing. Other than that, the experience was very good.
