The My Mac Team and in particular, my Mac Team representative, Norma Brambia, was very prompt in assisting me when needed. She also stayed on schedule very well when she had update calls to be made to me. Overall my experience with PennyMac was excellent.
Very Good Experience. The process did not take long and it was very easy to complete online.
There were repeated requests to provide paperwork already provided. There were requests to provide documentation on divorces/children that did not exist, and were not submitted by us in the paperwork. When we brought that up, WE were blamed, and they still wanted us to go out of our way to explain their mistake. Closing documents were wrong three times (one time had a $4,000 fee for pest services??)--we had to scour every document b/c by the end we expected errors in everything.
