My loan processing agent, Sandra Bienividez, was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond what was expected of her while closing this loan. I could tell through our conversations that she truly cared and was genuinely excited for my family’s new home. Her actions alone have made me a PennyMac customer for life.
The underwriter waited until the day before my closing to request explanation of documents and made things very stressful. There was ample time prior to that date to request information. It felt like she waited until the last minute to work the file.
