When we couldn’t get through to Nicholas we were able to get through to Angey Wu who was a great help. We’ve had PennyMac previously and are thankful to be with them again. We know it’s a time that the Lon officers are extremely busy. Overall the customer service was great.

This was all done fairly well but the level of care wasn't what I expected. I only heard from Sara once with no additional follow up. We asked twice for a re-eval of the interest rate with no movement. Just seemed as of PennyMac considered this a done deal and didn't have to really work for our business. One of the only reasons we closed with you guys was because we we were able to get the rate we wanted. Had another company provided the same rate we would have strongly considered leaving.
From beginning to end I kept informed of where we were in the process of loan, Sara gave me weekly update without fail.
If our representative had returned our call to answer a few last minute questions which we had.
Everything went smoothly, and as expected.

Everything was explained well, and everything went as explained, fee everyone at pennymas was polite and explain things so that we could understand.
