The process could not have been any easier. The part I played was minimal and Nathens team handled everything very professionally. To top it off we closed in two weeks! Fantastic. Thank you for holding our mortgage.

Communication was not good over the whole loan process. Dealing with 3 or 4 different agents was frustrating. Everyone had a different calculation to the final monthly payment. I will admit though that upon closing Carlton was the most caring for the final close. Billy was a close second. In closing I would of expected a quicker process. In all it took a month till close

I was well informed at all times about the status of my loan application. Jesse was a great communicator and answered all my questions and was great at meeting my expectations.
