Responding to emails and phone calls is very crucial in cementing trust with the client.
Loan process went smooth and was quick and fairly easy. Had a few rough spots when it came to closing. Had to reschedule 3 times but did finally get it done and all went smooth.
Experience was easy and the folks I talked to knew their stuff.
Every one was pleasant, let me know everything they needed and answered all my questions quickly.

Molly made herself available basically at all hours of the day anytime I wanted/needed. Previous to Molly, Moe did the same. They answered any and all questions I had. They treated me like a person rather than a number which is uncommon nowadays. You need more employees like them. I am in the service industry as well so I know the difference between good employees, bad employees, and company culture. PennyMac needs more employees like these two.
