We were told the March 2, 2020 payment didn't make it into the original loan as a payment & that it would be returned. Never saw it & don't know where it ended up. CLManatt

Closing was in a timely manner and accurate
Charles Shepherd was awesome. Nick, George and Andrew helped me everyday to answer my question. I did not work with Sara Olsen. I believe she would also have done great job. Closing process was little hectic because of the time ( COVID -19). I have not got any copies of my closing documents ( signed) yet. I hope I will get those soon. Thanks again and STAY SAFE.
