I got a great rate.
The process was confusing being handed off to different people. Being asked for the same documents by different people, the portal not keeping updated on progress, overall cumbersome and time consuming. At one point we discussed stopping the process and going to a local bank.
questions were not answered had to ask too many times
Austin Evans and Mark Mitchell were both very helpful and detailed with me throughout the process. Thankful to have worked with both of them.
