Everything was great. No complaints what so ever

Positive closing
The start of the process went smoothly when working with John. Kristen was great as well, however I couldn’t get a clear answer for the cash to close amount. At the time of closing, my attorney had to step in to have the process expedited and get the correct amount needed to close. I also requested previously for my husbands name be corrected and it was not done. The closing process could have gone smoothly if the closing team created urgency days prior to closing for a better experience
The process from start to finish for my IRRRL was very simple and seamless. I have been a very happy customer of PennyMac's and am glad I decided to stick with you for my refinancing.
Because are existing loan was with Pennymac it as a seamless process to refi.
