everything was done on time and completed exactly as explained during the first phone calls
An offer was worked out for me far as closing cost but then when it got the loan processor I believe it was I was told something else but Jan worked it out, then it took 3 attempts for me close,twice the attorney said they never did receive my paperwork from the title company and it took for someone from PennyMac to give me the title company # for me to reach out to them myself and get this resolved myself and finally on the 3rd attempt I was able to close.
Information was clearly explained and the process ended well before the expected timeframe.
