The organization had its act together and did an outstanding job.
The process was fast and simple. Andrew Mortenson did a great job keeping me up to date each step of the way and thoroughly answered every question I had.
The closing process was a complete disaster. The saving grace was Ken Price who resolved the issue at the 11th hour but everything else was unprofessional and sloppy in at ever step. Not a pleasant experience.
Everything, they make the process easy
For the most part the process was smooth, there was a miscommunication on the closing costs that ultimately was resolved and was the only issue I had. Otherwise this was a great experience start to finish.
1) Pleasantly surprised to learn your competitive refi rate (I shopped around!!!) 2) Shocked when experienced your efficient loan process (This is my 5th refi) 3) Communication was top notch. I was updated by email regularly and your electronic dashboard was on target Definitely will check with PennyMac first for my next home loan Thank you...thank you.
