It was super easy and fast and the ladies I worked with were really helpful and informative while still being respectful of my time.
Questions were answered promptly. Our representative was very knowledgeable and reached out to us when she said she would. Very pleasant and efficient.
I was requested documents more than once after I had uploaded them to my portal, sometimes weeks after I had already submitted them once. I stopped using the portal because it didn’t seem to get to anyone, I just ended up sending everything to my correspondence directly. Also, calling and talking directly to the same person who had the knowledge and answers I needed didn’t happen. I called in several times and ended up in three different states talking with people who didn’t have answers.
Rueben Sanchez was awesome. From the beginning of the process to the end he was always there following up and answering questions. Because of him I will continue to be a customer.

My contact person Gwendolyn Wheaton never kept me informed and I had to continually call and wait and be transferred in pursuit of information. I only heard her voice 1 time , and I called her. The few emails I received appeared to be generated by computer. Overall a nerve wracking impersonal disaster . Just a refinance, shouldn’t have been like this .
Transfer from previous loan was much easier using the same company.
