We had a great experience with the loan process. The communication was excellent and we always received prompt responses. Pennymac made purchasing our home a breeze. We were so happy to close on time!

This was the most clear and simple loan experience we have ever had!
Get my name right please, even after pointing it out a few times, all emails, including this one is addressed to my husband Ed. Not once was he personally involved with the process, except for signing. Calls were with me, Cynthia but all emails from you were addressed to Ed. Otherwise, it was a great experience. But very frustrating that you continued to address me as Ed in your emails. This alone is why I will probably not use PennyMac again.
Overall, the process went smoothly and the team communicated regularly.
