We did close but communication was less than stellar. The sales person never returned phone calls or emails. The loan processor was much better. The closing document we not correct at the closing. You sometimes had to talk to different people concerning the processing so there was a lot of miscommunication and duplicity. It made for a difficult and frustrating process. I would suggest one contact through the whole process or at least one prime contact and a sales force that understands that

Our paperwork had to be drawn up twice because my wife’s name was left off of the paperwork the first time that we were supposed to close even after I called and notified someone that she wasn’t getting emails to sign closing Disclosures and was told that was ok. So we ended up taking a day off of work that we didn’t have to. I tried to Call Emma 4 times on 4 different days and left messages to call me back, I never got call back.
