Communication initially was fine as I tried to reach out with questions I would leave messages for Hilda and Ryan. I never got return calls. I had to later call back and hopefully reach them. Also it would send email notifications that I needed to update things on my application and then there would be nothing to update. For the amount of money in closing cost you guys make. The service should be spot on. It was far from that. I would not recommend it to others.

I didnt interact with Nicolas 90% of the process. Everytime I called for an update on my loan,I spoketo a diffrent person who didnt really know what was going on.I was constntly reexplaining things.PMac kept requestng the SAME docments over&over&over again. Even after I provided it,I kept getting emails saying I was missng docments when it was not true.PMac or the titlingCo. failed to get the payoff letter for WEEKS. I calld and had it emailed to me within 30min. Some1 didnt do their job. Stress
