Explanation of fees and follow up
My experience with pennymac was great.
Nathan was great but the team needs better communicating.
Penny Mac was phenomenal to deal with. The process was much faster than originally expected, communication was great. The whole thing went very smoothly and I was always kept up to date week by week. Amazing overall experience
For one of the two loans, it took more than 2 weeks after having all complete docs and appraisal for the approval to be done. This required signing on different days as the loans were assigned/processed through different title companies and the title company for second one (38 Villa St) picked a notary that went to the investment property for signing instead of my home which required me to follow up multiple times on Fri Dec 27 to get the signing of the closing documents completed.

Poor communication at the beginning of process. Loan was supposed to close on the 3rd of Dec. and ended up closing several weeks later. Communication was frustrating to none after the first closing was a bust. However got better as time went on.
