Alfred was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. However, once loan went to processing, it was a disaster. We rescheduled closing several times. The amount of money to close was never consistent and I ended up getting 2 different cashiers checks and a wire transfer to fund the loan. Even then the figure was wrong and I received a refund to my escrow account. I literally had to be on our closing agent daily. When we finally closed, it was because he was out and I reached someone else to set it

I love the fact that the process was so quick and easy to understand. What I did not like is that it was hard to communicate with someone on the other side, I was given information by one loan officer only to find out they did something else in the loan process, and they had me working with several different people, wasn't really clear on who I was to communicate with.
