The process was fairly easy. My only complaint was when I tried calling the 'direct' line, I got the general one. Every one I spoke to was helpful, I just could never talk to Nicole.

Evan Souza was extremely helpful when I refinanced my loan. With a few bumps in the road he was able to define my options, and clear up some of the confusion I had on my end. He is extremely tactful, and knowledgable. I am grateful for his assistance during my refinance process which was all new to me, however everything turned out great in the end. Thanks again!

Ammie Mack was helpful in contacting Amir Rizvi with looking at the second offer I was given by another company. She had to contact him more than once to keep the process going. She was very helpful in explaining the changes that had occurred with the paperwork. She helped me with understanding the math of the paperwork. Truly enjoyed working with Ammie Mack! Cudo's to Ammie, she saved me and this loan!
