Even though the process was tedious, they made it as comprehensive and comfortable as possible
1. Applied for loan in Oct. - Closed in January. Selected PennyMac since our loan was with PennyMac. Expected faster closing. 2. Early in Dec. rec'd letter from PennyMac offering special loan rate of 3.68%. Sent e-mail to Austin and Jesse inquiring if offer applied to our loan in process? Rec'd e-mail 12/12 promising reply within 48 hrs. Never rec'd reply. Contacted Jesse about same. Said he had not rec'd e-mail but promised to look into. Rec'd no reply.
All personal was very courteous, explained all information in detail, called me back or emailed me as they stated they would!
The process went sooooo much smoothly this time around that I was surprised that we closed in less than a month from when I applied for a re-fi. WTG!!! You all did great Brian and Emma.... Have a great day!!!!
