William and Staff was awsome and did what they said they do for me! They made you feel like family and important to them they meet my needs and send me all paper work on time and when I need help they were a phone call away to help! What convinced me that this was going to be great was the initial call and conversation I had with Reid Wright...Mr. Wright was knowledgeable and convincing of the refinancing process and time table of closing...thank you very much Mr. Wright
Did not require lots of additional information and was sporadically informed of progress. Closing was great as it was done at our home.
Very clean and quick to close.
Overall the entire process went smoothly except with the closing where the final numbers were incorrect.
Ronald Love walked me through the steps and explained the process to me. He went above and beyond to make sure that I fully understood the numbers. I will definitely recommend Penny Mac to my friends and family in the future, thanks Penny Mac!
