PennyMac made the process so easy. Everything could be done online on my schedule with the exception of the final closing documents, and even that was done at my home! Rates were competitive. All loan officers were responsive and helpful.

Prompt, courteous, customer service was great, timely and accommodated us during closing.
I did not care for the fact that so much was done through e-mail. Closing was scheduled for one day and then it was canceled, and not clear way. When we did close payment was to be deposited to my account and it was unclear as to now long that would take. We were told we would receive one amount, and the actual amount was about $900 lower. But my request as to why the difference has not been answered. This process made me nervous on several occasions.
Affan Khwaja was able to refinance my family’s home mortgage at the rate we needed and close in the timeframe that helped us to stay in our home when our escrow spiked suddenly. Thank you to Mr. Khwaja for his competence and professionalism during a time of stress and financial worry. Thank you also to PennyMac Loan Services for being a quality company and one that was eager and willing to go above and beyond to keep us as customers.

It took 3 weeks to talk to Ron. There was no explanation of how much would be added to my $240,000 when everything was finished which is now $247,500 with $2000 coming back ?? I had to phone all the time, they changed my program with out my knowledge which I had to correct. This was a very unpleasant experience over the past 2 months. I hope you try to improve as a company !!!
