When I received the closing costs online it showed I owed money at closing and I had been told that I would not have to pay anything in the beginning. When I called about it it took several days for someone to get back to me.
Poor communication at the beginning of process. Loan was supposed to close on the 3rd of Dec. and ended up closing several weeks later. Communication was frustrating to none after the first closing was a bust. However got better as time went on.

The process started out wonderfully is matched my previous experience with PennyMac. However, after the initial application, I had a difficult time getting accurate information as we prepared to close. I got multiple closing disclosures that were inaccurate, was told my calls would be returned and they never were, and the notary showed up with inaccurate closing statements. I have no problem with things needing to be updated, but it seemed like no one could be bothered to get on the same page
