My loan processor the first one, Shikira, never called when I was told repeatedly that she would. Mary the 2nd one, never called back. Destini left a voice mail and never called back. I NEEDED ONE PERSON TO WORK WITH. The system of having no one available to work with me was very bothersome. Prnnymac was good
The experience with PennyMac was smooth. Each person that I spoke with was helpful and all questions were answered. The only issue I had was some documents were asked for multiple times, but all and all the experience was good.
This process was very easy!
This entire process was pretty straight forward, when I did have questions, no matter who helped me at the time of the call once I told them my name and answered a few security questions everything was up and ready for him to review with me
Darcel was absolutely amazing! She made me feel like she was with me every step of the process.. She called me it felt like when I thought I needed to call her.. just to let me know everything was going smoothly!!! She is appreciated!!
Entire process from start to finish was exceptional. Everyone was very informative and made sure that I always knew what the next steps looked like. I will absolutely recommend PennyMac to all of my friends and family and Rebecca was amazing!
Nobody ever figured out that the two co-signers had separate email addresses, so I was constantly forwarding information. We had to call to get clarification on several requests. A lot of this was not Linda’s fault though
