Pennymac was great. The only negative was the delay in the time frame caused by the appraiser, not a pennymac issue.

Nobody ever figured out that the two co-signers had separate email addresses, so I was constantly forwarding information. We had to call to get clarification on several requests. A lot of this was not Linda’s fault though

Timely responses, clear updates on documents throughout the process. Transparency where other lenders tried to just get me to take their word for it - I liked the ease of getting updated estimates while I was shopping and ease of approval with the pre-work that I did.

The title company was selected by PM however, during signing there was no assistance or support for questions. We had duplicate paper work, had to return bc to the title company 3 times to sign bc of incomplete documents or not receiving the correct ones.
