Everyone was very kind helping me when I did not understand they would explain to me until I understood.I am not great with computers they took the time to walk me through everything.

Great job, for a stressful job
Cesar was very helpful in explaining what was going on with our loan. When he was not sure what was going on, Cesar followed up and contacted us right away via e-mail or phone. Thank you to Cesar.
Process was good didn't like I kept getting asked for the same papers again and again made me worried and felt like the agent wasn't on top of things.
I don't feel my communications person actually knows how to process a loan and what is required to process a loan and was just reading the prompts he was given through whatever system generated task list he was given. And when I asked for escalation to get more detailed communication then I was just shuffled to to different communications people rather than getting the specific person I had asked for, which really were just more people who read prompts rather than know the actual mechanics of loan processing.
