Easiest mortgage process I’ve ever had. Once the initial paper work and documents were received process went really quick and smoothly. Loan had final approval almost 2 weeks earlier than expected. Any questions I had were answered by a real person quickly.

PennyMac dropped the ball in several areas. First being the PennyMac’s expectations of the need to close on the current ownership of our home. While this was addressed MULTIPLE times from my side prior to the purchase of the new home this was a last minute surprise. It didn’t have to be this way as we would have accepted different terms from the buyer. Secondly, it was absolute crickets from PennyMac prior to closing.
