Just very informative and timely
The front end of the loan process fir me was not pleasant at akl. The first loan officer that was assigned to me dud not communicate with me at all for weeks, and suddenly I would get a random email requesting documents with no explanation. I had given up on the process and decided to back out. Then I received a call from Latrice. She was pleasant, patient and explained the process to me. Veronica was an exceptional loan specialist but most importantly she was patient and answered all my questions. Great quality customer care in her service toward me.
Grace was amazing! She had lots of patience with us and explain the process throughly.
Deadlines were not met. Documents were repeatedly asked for. Inaccurate information. My team made this a very stressful experience. Had I not been on a time crunch I would have gone elsewhere.
